What is Naturism?
Put simply naturism means ‘getting your kit off’ at home, on the beach, in the garden. Alone or with similarly minded friends.
The main thing is that it is a non-sexual way of being free of the restrictions of clothing in a safe and enjoyable way.
You may simply be a home nudist, you might enjoy a naturist swim at the local pool. You may garden au naturel or enjoy nude beaches whilst on holiday.
