Central Heating Fixes
Well today I will swap the central heating pump for the 5th time in 15 yrs in this house (hard water). Then I'll be surfing the internet to get a replacement radiator of non-standard size to replace the dining room one which is now sitting on the patio, restricting our tanning area availability. Luckily the sitting room gas fire looks almost like a real fire & certainly heats up the room quickly.

central heating
It sounds as if there is something really wrong with your pump to require so many replacements. Try putting a Fernox Central Heating Protector into the system. As for obtaining a new radiator of the old size don't worry there are manufactured distant pieces that should enable you to use the existing pipework. Regards Bob
